Consumer Rights – Withdrawal – Cancellation and Return Conditions

By placing an order electronically through the website, you are deemed to have accepted the pre-information form and the distance sales contract provided to you.
Buyers are subject to the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, the Distance Contracts Regulation (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188), and other applicable laws regarding the sale and delivery of purchased products.
Shipping fees are paid by the buyer.
Each purchased product is delivered to the person and/or organization at the address indicated by the buyer within the legal period of 30 days. If delivery does not occur within this period, buyers may terminate the contract.
Products must be delivered complete, conforming to the specifications stated in the order, and accompanied by warranty certificates or user manuals if applicable.
If the sale of the purchased product becomes impossible, the seller must notify the buyer in writing within 3 days of becoming aware and refund the total amount within 14 days.

If the buyer does not pay or cancels the payment in bank records, the seller’s obligation to deliver the product ends.

If unauthorized use of the buyer's credit card is detected after delivery and the product price is not paid to the seller, the buyer must return the product within 3 days at the seller’s expense.

If the seller cannot deliver the product on time due to uncontrollable force majeure events, the buyer will be notified and may request cancellation, replacement with a similar product, or postponement until the obstacle is removed. Refunds will be made within 14 days. Refunds paid by credit card may take 2-3 weeks to reflect in the buyer’s account.

The buyer must inspect the product before accepting delivery and refuse damaged, broken, or torn-packaging items. Accepted products are considered undamaged. If withdrawal rights are exercised, the product must be unused and returned with the invoice.

The buyer can withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the delivery date without any reason or penalty by notifying the seller.

For services, the 14-day withdrawal period starts from the date of contract signing. Withdrawal is not possible if the service has started with the consumer’s consent before the period ends.
Costs arising from the exercise of withdrawal rights shall be borne by the seller.
Withdrawal notice must be given in writing within 14 days by registered mail, fax, email, or other methods specified by the seller. The product must not be used beyond the terms defined for withdrawal.

The product’s invoice (if corporate, return invoice must be included),
Return form, the product's packaging, box, and accessories must be returned complete and undamaged.

The seller must refund the total price within 10 days after receiving the withdrawal notification and collect the product within 20 days.
If the product’s value decreases due to the buyer’s fault, the buyer must compensate the seller accordingly. The buyer is not responsible for changes caused by proper use during the withdrawal period.
If any campaign discounts were applied, these will be canceled proportionally upon withdrawal.

Products made to the buyer’s specifications and not suitable for return,
Perishable or expiry-date products,
Products opened by the buyer that cannot be returned for hygiene or health reasons,
Opened software and digital content,
Services and intangible goods delivered immediately,
Books, digital content, software programs, etc. once their packaging is opened.

If the buyer defaults on credit card payment, they are responsible to the bank and the seller can claim damages.

Credit card payments can be made online on the website, with options for single or installment payments. Charges occur at the end of the order process.
