This agreement is indefinite, imposing rights and obligations on both parties regarding the site. When parties accept/approve this agreement online or in writing, they declare and commit to fully, accurately, and timely fulfill the rights and obligations stipulated herein.

1. RESPONSIBILITIES

• The Company reserves the right to make changes to prices and offered products and services at any time.
• The Company guarantees that members will benefit from the services subject to this agreement except in cases of technical malfunctions.
• The User agrees not to reverse engineer the site or attempt to obtain its source code or perform any other such acts. Otherwise, they accept full responsibility for damages incurred by third parties and acknowledge legal and criminal liability.
• The User acknowledges responsibility solely for damages caused by providing incomplete or incorrect information during registration and accepts that the Company may terminate their membership unilaterally without notice if such breaches occur.
• The Company may collect certain information such as the name of the Internet Service Provider used to access the site, IP address, access date and time, pages visited, and referring websites to improve and develop the site and comply with legal obligations. The User consents to this data collection.
• The User agrees not to produce or share any content violating public morality, laws, third-party rights, copyright, or promoting illegal activities on the site. Otherwise, the User bears full responsibility and the site administrators may suspend or terminate such accounts and initiate legal action, retaining the right to share information with authorities when required.
• Relationships between site members and third parties are their own responsibility.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

2.1. All intellectual property rights such as titles, trade names, trademarks, patents, logos, designs, information, and methods on this Site belong to the site operator and owner company or relevant parties and are protected under national and international law.
